Dear Steve,

This is just a short note to thank you and your team for the IT Assessment done at St Josephs School earlier this month.

The school had been advised to do a root and branch overall of the existing IT Suite at a cost of over © £14,000 and the governors were being asked by the Head for approval of said project.

Your assessment has provided the Governing body with an insight into the premium cost the School is paying by adopting a single branded solution and service contract. Your estimate for the overhaul using a bespoke solution comes in at £2,000 cheaper than that originally quoted by the Local Authority.

In addition you have indicated an alternative upgrade solution costing significantly less than a new system which together with a service contract would serve the School's IT needs well into the future.

As you will be aware, all Schools are subject to budgetary constraints and with St Joseph's being a Voluntary Aided School, it is even more important to keep an eye on the sending.

The Governors should be meeting shortly and you can rest assured that I will be asking them to consider your proposals and if there is any way we can adopt Reality Communications Limited as an IT Service provider

Dear Sirs,

Firstly, may I wish you a happy & prosperous new year, secondly thank you very, very much for changing our phone system and computer system over the Christmas period, as you can appreciate it was a very stress full time for me, to literally rip a whole art room department and stock room completely out and totally re-decorate, with new electrics, carpets and wood flooring including all the computers, phones etc within 10 days, was almost an impossible task, but the most worrying thing for me was the computer system and phones, bit I need not have wasted my time, as your guys were fantastic and got the job done and were more than helpful, Les in particular
