RoHS and WEEE Compliance

Under the provisions of the WEEE Legislation (The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006) Reality Communications Limited are a distributor of non-household EEE (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) as such we have no obligations under the legislation to provide a take back scheme.

This obligation is on the Producer / Vendor, Importer or 'Own Brand' or Re-Labeller. We may be asked to assist producers and non household end-users in discharging their obligations under the WEEE regulation.

It should be noted that Reality Communications Limited are not a producer of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and comply with the above regulations. All equipment supplied by Reality Communications Limited is in compliance with the regulations as outlined by the individual manufacturer. We have produced a list of links below to the take back schemes of the major suppliers used by Reality Communications Limited.
